Necessary fund is being raised by issuing equity shares of face value of Rs.100/- per share. At present shares are offered to individuals by private placement. Authorised capital as of now is Rs.10 crores. It is likely that the shares will be issued only at a premium after the ensuing general body on 30.08.08. |
