Abyangam (Rejuvenating Ayurvedic Massage)
This is a treatment process where there is application of medicated oil on the head and body through gentle massage. This will remove harmful toxins from the body, reduce stress, relaxes muscles, induce better sleep and improve concentration |

Dhara
This treatment is a process in which medicated oil, milk, butter milk etc are poured in a continuous stream on the patient’s head in a prescribed manner. Dhara alleviates fatigue, lack of vitality, improves memory and restores the equilibrium of DHOSHAS ( Vata, Pitta and Kapha). This treatment is also highly effective in Insomnia, Chronic Headaches like Migraine, Ear and Nose Disease, Neuropathy, Spondylitis, Paraplegia etc. |

Pizhichil
This is a treatment in which warm medicated oil is continuously poured on to the patient’s body. This is very effective in all kinds of muscular and skeletal diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteo Arthritis, Sciatica, Hemiplegia, Neuropathy etc. |

Navarakizhi
This therapeutic measure is so called because of the fact that boluses of cooked Navara rice are used in the process. Navarakizhi is advised for all skeletal and muscular diseases, paralysis, Sciatica, etc. This has been proven to improve general condition of the person. |

Udwarthanam
Udwarthanam is application of herbal powder mixed with oil or buttermilk or a medicated juice. This powder is rubbed upwards on the body. It is good for weight reduction and skin affections. |

Nasyam
Few drops of medicated oil are instilled in to each nostril. Also face and head massage is given. It is prescribed for diseases of the organs above the shoulder, like the disorders of the Nasal Cavity, Ears, Sinuses, Headache, Facial Paralysis, Premature Graying of Hair, Alopecia, Spondylosis etc. |

Mukhalepam
This is the application of prescribed powder on the face for a specified duration of time. The face pack is then washed off with cold water. This is a very useful procedure to remove dead skin from face, impart complexion and a general glow to the face. |

Sirovasti
This is a special technique to administer medicated oil on the head. The patient is made to sit upright and medicated oil is applied on the body. Further oil is poured into a leather cap fitted on the head. This is exceptionally effective in ENT disorders, Chronic Headaches, Facial Paralysis, Spondylitis, Insomnia and numerous other disorders arising out of deranged VATA. It also improves Vision, Memory and Mental Faculties |
